How much does a service cost, and how long does it take?
Standard boiler services cost from £70+VAT, and this includes a number of checks on your gas boiler to make sure it is working safely and efficiently. Typically this takes approximately 40 minutes for a standard service. Any further works can be discussed when needed.
How much does it cost to have a repair done?
Heat Nation Ltd. charge £70+VAT for the first hour, and then £30+VAT per half hour thereafter between 0800 and 1700 Monday to Friday. Outside these times please call to discuss. With our expertise and knowledge regarding gas appliances and heating systems, rest assured you will only be charged for what is necessary. Any further charges will be discussed after the first hour.
What areas do Heat Nation cover?
At present, we cover a sizeable area around Dudley, Halesowen, Stourbridge, and parts of south and west Birmingham. If you require our services, give us a call on 07773 789 987 and we will try and accommodate you as best as we can.
Does Heat Nation have any accreditations or qualifications?
Director and principal engineer Brad Lenton is a firm believer in continuous development, and holds many qualifications relevant to the job. These include being Gas safe registered to work on gas appliance for both domestic and commercial, F-gas for handling refrigerant gases with Refcom registration, and LPG qualified for park homes and statics. Other qualifications and accreditations held include: water regs, G3 hot water qualified, energy efficiency qualified, Heat pump level 3 QCF, hydronic system design from Heat Academy and many more.
Heat Nation was only established in 2021, how do I know they will do a good job?
Prior to setting up the business, Brad Lenton was a British gas engineer for nearly 20 years, and decided to leave for a new challenge, which was a huge risk at the height of Covid-19! What boilers does Heat Nation install?
We fit what is best for the customer for their budget and heating/hot water needs. We are Vaillant accredited so can offer extended warranties on Vaillant boilers, but we also install Worcester, Baxi and Ideal boilers, as well as most of the leading manufacturers.
