Brad first came to my property to rescue another heating engineer from another company,  who was stuck with my boiler . He swept in swiftly,  diagnosed the fault and  got the system running . I was very impressed with his friendly, confident, knowledgeable manner. I asked whether he would return to replace my aging boiler during this summer. Brad came back to measure up and listen to my needs and presented a professional quote by email. He is very quick to respond by text / WhatsApp and we booked a date for the swap over. Brad was excellent at advising about options of models, warranties and service plans if desired. He is incredibly experienced and nothing was too much trouble. A gem of a tradesman that I cannot recommend highly enough. I would be happy to leave him with an elderly relative and have no hesitation about the safety, skill and efficiency of his work. He has tidied up previous pipework and replaced and secured the flue. Today Brad from Heat Nation came out to us because of a problem with our boiler which was causing us to not have any hot water. Brad responded to our call quickly. He fixed the problem swiftly and also managed to head off other problems that were beginning to arise. Brad came out to sort out a leaking Valiant boiler. Arrived on time having quoted the job from photos and info from another engineer. Got the job done swiftly and explained throughout what was the root cause and fix. Highly recommend.
